WATO.LIFE

WE ARE THE ONES

WATO.LIFE is a flagship platform developed within Daniels Family Incubator to address a persistent gap between talent, opportunity, and access.

Designed as more than a job board, WATO functions as infrastructure—connecting skills to opportunity, community to capital, and individuals to real pathways forward. The platform brings together job access, AI-enabled career tools, and community-driven support in one place, creating a more aligned and navigable experience for people seeking to move forward in their careers.

WATO reflects our approach at DFI: identify real-world gaps, design with intention, and build platforms that are structured, scalable, and grounded in how people actually live and work.

We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.
